Dr. Siobhán O' Sullivan is the Curriculum Development Manager of the Ed4Life Structured PhD training in Life Sciences, at Cork Institute of Technology. Siobhán worked for several years as a postdoctoral researcher and has published widely on the potential of information technology in the classroom, in continuing professional development and in distance learning. Most recently, her research has been on the effective use of Web 2.0 tools in Teaching & Learning, the potential use of eportfolios in documenting learning, reflective practice and in the engagement of students in learning.
