Has anyone tried using this Batch Apple ID Creator tool and if so, was it successful?

After manually creating a bunch of iTunes accounts (around 7) and getting banned by Apple for a day, I’ve learned that I have to contact Apple to get white listed with their anti-fraud system for 30 days at a time. Next, I started searching to see if there was any automated tools out there to batch or script the creation of these iTunes accounts. I came across this information.
